For Buyer: Safe and Secure Shipping
Once you make a purchase on REFIND, the seller will receive a prepaid shipping label addressed to our Quality Control HQ for the inspection and authentication process. The seller has 7 days from the date of purchase to ship the item. When we receive the item, we will begin the inspection.
As soon as the item passes our strict quality control check, we will clean and sanitize the item and package it into a REFIND jewelry pouch and mailer, and we will ship your order to the address stated in your order confirmation and provide you a UPS tracking number. We use UPS insured, signature required shipping for all REFIND packages.

For Seller: Shipping to REFIND
Once you make a sale, you have 7 days to send your item to REFIND Quality Control HQ for authentication. Here are our pro tips on packaging and shipping your precious cargo.
- SMALL CONTAINER
Find a small box (such as an old jewelry box), a small pouch, Ziploc or an envelope and if necessary, wrap your jewelry in soft padding, like tissue paper, to help prevent scratches and tangles of your item.
- SHIPPING BOX OR BUBBLE MAILER
Find a bubble mailer or a small shipping box that's just slightly larger than your prepared item. Pro tip: used boxes and old Amazon padded mailers work great (just be sure to remove old labels).
路 For Shipping Boxes: add tissue paper or crumpled paper to help cushion the space between your prepared item and the shipping box. Give your package a shake test before fully sealing. If the item moves around a lot, add more filling.
路 For Bubble Mailer: use a thin, padded mailer that's just slightly larger than your prepped item. Tape over the mailer's seal to ensure the mailer doesn't accidentally open during shipping.
- SHIP IT!
路 Print out your pre-paid, insured UPS shipping label from the email we sent to your inbox, or download it from your "Transactions > My Sales" section, and attach the label to your shipping box.
路 Drop off your package at any UPS access location. Pro tip: you can also hand-off your package to any UPS driver.
