Book Appointment

Your item sold. Now what?

When your items sells, REFIND will immediately email you a UPS shipping label addressed to our Quality Control HQ. You will have 7 days to ship your item. You will need to print out the label and attach it to your own provided shipping box. Safely package your item into your box with any necessary soft bubble or tissue to prevent any damages. REFIND is not responsible for any broken items during transportation from Sellers destination to our HQ. Once the item arrives to our Quality Control HQ, our experts will begin the inspection and authentication process. When the item passes, we will ship it to the buyer and you will receive payment.

I bought an item. Now what?

Once the item is purchased, the seller will have 7 days to ship it to our Quality Control HQ. Our jewelry experts will carefully inspect the item for authenticity, verifying that the item matches its description. Once the item passes our strict quality control check, we will clean and sanitize the item and package it into our branded jewelry pouch and ship to the address provided in your order confirmation. Once you've received the shipment, and you're satisfied, you can confirm delivery and the seller will get paid. If you're not satisfied, for any reason, you have up to 72hrs after delivery to relist your item, with no commission fee.

What happens when a seller breaks the rules?

Failure to complete a sale may result in a penalty fee equivalent to 15% of the transaction price. Your account can be subject to a penalty fee if you fail to ship the item within the allotted time period, typically 7 days from date of the sale. Or if you sell an item that doesn鈥檛 match the description in your listing, REFIND has no obligation to return items that do not conform to the description provided by the Seller, or Seller will be charged the return shipping fee, if they鈥檇 like their item back. It is essential that you provide as much information as possible to avoid any issues down the road. If any discrepancies are found between the item鈥檚 listing and the piece itself during our checks, your sale could be delayed or cancelled, so be as descriptive and precise as possible.

Does REFIND offer white-glove service for larger listings?

We currently offer white-glove concierge service in the Southern California region. If you're interested, please click on "Book Appointment" and set up an initial consultation, and we will schedule a date and time to meet at an agreed upon location, where our selling expert will photograph your piece(s) on-site and create your listing(s) in-person.

Does REFIND charge a selling fee?

It's always free to list an item, we only charge a fee when your item sells! Most resale marketplace platforms offer 50-70% of your sale. We want our jewelry community to have more! When you sell on REFIND, you keep 75% to 85% of your sale!

路 $0 - $999 = you earn 75% of your sale

路 $1,000 - $2,999 = you earn 80% of your sale

路 $3,000+ = you earn 85% of your sale

We charge a selling fee to ensure a successful listing, selling and shipping experience, and account for payment processing fee to cover our provider costs. That fee is only applied on the items' agreed upon price, and does not include shipping cost. We use this fee to run our platform and provide world-class customer support to our buyers and sellers!

Does REFIND charge a shipping fee?

Yes, we charge a flat rate $15 shipping fee to the buyer. That fee includes insured UPS shipping and our expert authentication service.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship all packages insured via UPS ground shipping, to only addresses in the United States. Currently we do not offer international shipping.

How do payouts work?

We will direct deposit into the bank account provided in your account settings.
