REFIND is a marketplace platform to buy new, like-new, and gently-worn fine jewelry that's 100% authenticated by our jewelry experts. Our curators review every listing before it goes live, to ensure the each piece is a good fit for our community of jewelry lovers who seek the best on-trend and desirable styles.

We only accept fine jewelry in our marketplace, which means the jewelry is made of precious metals, natural and lab-grown diamonds and genuine gemstones. Precious metals are solid 10k or higher gold, as well as platinum. Precious stones are natural or lab-grown diamonds and genuine gemstones - we do not allow costume jewelry with simulated stones, or gold filled or plated jewelry.

We specialize in unbranded jewelry pieces, but also offer branded costume and fine jewelry from luxury heritage brands like Van Cleef, Cartier to Tiffany & Co, and fine jewelry from contemporary independent designers like Anito Ko, Jacquie Aiche to Jennifer Meyer and more.

🔍 How does authentication work?

Every jewelry item sold on REFIND is automatically sent to our Quality Control HQ for professional authentication with our jewelry experts and GIA gemologists. Our specialists physically authenticate each piece, which undergoes a rigorous inspection process before the item is delivered to you.

We carefully examine the item's precious metals and gemstones, verifying that the item is authentic and matches the details provided in its listing. But when an item does not match with the description given by the seller, we guarantee a full refund.

❤️ Buyer Protection

To keep you safe, we ask that all transactions take place on our platform. We can’t protect you if your sale or purchase takes place outside of REFIND.

When you purchase on REFIND, we provide you (the buyer) our expert authentication service and insured shipping. We do not release your payment until the item passed our inspection process and the item is delivered to you (the buyer).

Protecting our community is our top priority!

♻️ Relist and Resell Simply

We are passionate about our circular ecosystem of fine jewelry, and when you're ready to resell your item, we make it easy for you to quickly relist your past purchases with our Relist Feature.

Simply go to your Account Settings > Transactions > My Purchases > find the item you want to re-sell, then click Relist. Clicking this button will enable you to relist the item at the same price and with the same description and photos - no hassle.

💡 Pro Tip: you can also change the price of the item, or add new photos if you’d like to give the listing a little extra something.

🚚 How does shipping work?

Once you make a purchase on REFIND, the seller will receive a prepaid shipping label addressed to our Quality Control HQ for the inspection and authentication process. The seller has 7 days from the date of purchase to ship the item. Once we receive the item, we will begin the inspection.

Once the item passes our strict quality control check, we will clean and sanitize the item and package it into a REFIND jewelry pouch and mailer, and we will ship your package to the address stated in your order confirmation and provide you a UPS tracking number.

We use UPS insured, express 2-4 day shipping for all REFIND packages. We charge a flat rate $25 shipping fee to the buyer. This fee includes insured UPS shipping, as well as our expert authentication service. The price of shipping will be listed directly under the item price, so there are no surprise fees at checkout.

💵 How does payment work?

Payment on REFIND is safe and easy for buyers and sellers via our 3rd party payment processor, Stripe. You can use any credit or debit card to buy an item. REFIND holds the buyers money until the seller ships the order to our Quality Control HQ and the item passes our rigorous authentication process.

Once the item is inspected and verified that it matches the listing description, REFIND will ship the order to you, the buyer. Then the payment will be released to the seller and they'll be paid for the sale.

💬 Can I ask the seller a question?

Yep! There is a "Send message" button on every item listing, where you can directly message with the seller and ask them more specific questions about the item.

You can also negotiate price on each item. All item listings have a "Make an Offer" button, which will allow you to request to potentially buy the item at a lower price.
