REFIND only sells verified authentic fine jewelry. We ship the item to the buyer once it passes our rigorous authentication process, where our jewelry experts inspect and confirm that the item materials match the seller's listing description.

Our Authentication

But we also understand that sometimes you can change your mind about an item you've purchased - it happens! No worries, we’re happy to help. You can relist the item within 72 hours or 3 days of receiving your order, and you will keep 100% of your earnings from the sale!

After 72 hours but within 14 days of receiving your order (as reflected by the carrier’s timestamp), there is a small processing fee for relisting your item. This fee is lower than our usual Selling Fee.

Relisting an item is easy and takes less than a minutes. Just go to your Account > Transactions > My Purchases > click on the item > hit “relist”. Or if you have any questions, we’re happy to connect - just click on our chat button, we’re here for you!
