Aquamarine has a long history of being used for protection — in the past​,​ sailors would wear it to ensure a safe journey. It’s also been referred to as the stone of eternal youth​,​ and is thought to have certain healing properties. The birthstone for March​,​ Aquamarine is both yielding and resilient​,​ like the sea​,​ and makes a natural companion for meditation. About the Designer: The idea for Silent Opus was inspired by a ruby ring my mom made when I was born. She wore this ring every day until my wedding when she passed it on to me. So much more than just an accessory - it’s a silent reminder of our story together and a new tradition that I’m honored to pass on.
